my opinion - the overall picture of  all this ( to make it simple)
ar-lar-dar-dar-dar  stuff
sounds pretty Turco-Tataric (especially this las one,Tataric).

Of course, it does not inevitabily mean, its some Tartarian dialect.
It could very well be more or less random Tataric and
pseudo-Tataric words ... to hide a message ... or to look funny
