The IC can be a key length or not. If I have done it correctly, the 
IC for the VMS in EVA is very abnormal compared to English (and 
probably any European language). Friedman and a host of followers 
surely would have mentioned this if it happened to be a key length. 
English should be around 6.6 and random 26 letters, if I remember, 
should be in the neighborhood of 3.5 (not exact but close). I tried a 
few EVA series and got somewhere around 8 but I hope someone with 
better math skills will check this.
