Hello Barbara,

I am not sure why you say that you are 'right' clicking on the 400, 800, and 
SID? Just (left click?) on the 4x for starters. If it doesn't expand, then 
try turning off any firewall protection that you may have (though this 
probably won't make a difference since you state that the thumbnails do 
appear). SID images usually take a long time to appear (1+ minutes?).
