The two outflows from the right of f78v reappear on the left of f81r. This 
suggests that they were originally bound to lie next to each other (which 
they don't ATM).

f78r also looks as though it should lie next to f84v (look at the "plant" 
in the top corner): there are two more examples but I can't remember them 
off-hand, sorry. :-(
