Hello Gabriel,

Ken wanted to  post his table on some  site so I volunteered. For convenience, he provided me with some modified font so I can create his table and make a picture copy of it. The font was used for internal convenience only and was NOT passed or  provided to anybody.  I admit I could have made a hand-made copy of the whole table, but I thought  that no harm was done.
