Thanks, we will appreciate any information you have on this book.  However,
its location was already a huge help; since the book was not listed in
the online catalog, who knows how long it would have taken us
to find it without your note.

A member of our mailing list (Luis Velez <luis.velez@xxxxxxxxxxxx>) has already
confirmed your reference.  And it does look promising: the book is in Italian
(and our Georg Baresch studied at La Sapienza), is about hermetic alchemy (and
our Georg was an alchemist), was addressed to Emperor Leopold I (contemporary
of our Georg) who reigned in Prague (where our Georg lived and apparently died).
So, if that little bibliographic note of yours is not the gold pot that
many Voynichologists have been chasing for decades, it is a really diabolic
coincidence... 8-)
