Not the most frequent, but comparatively frequent.

I just checked one German text I use for comparision (the "Weinbuch"), and 
found that throughout the first part of the book, "das" is spelled "daz", 
while towards the end spelling changes to "daß".

Currier A and B here as well...? ;-)
