Or two males fighting over a female?
I wonder whether the drawing was made around a pre-existing hole, or whether the hole was deliberately made to enhance the drawing. I suppose for at least one side of the page, the hole must have come first! But is it possible to tell if the hole was scraped away or if it's a natural tear?
