VMs: marginal key sequences

While we're making notes on things that have bearing on whether some
sections were written folio by folio or by bifolio, I thought I'd add this
one for the "folio by folio" column.  The marginal "key sequence" on f76r
has an opposing marginal "key sequence" on the binding edge of f75v.  I
thought I remembered that from transcription, but just checked to be sure.
