Hi!
Yes, he was on excellent relations with Kircher,
but he had serious problems with the Prague
Jesuits. I'll need to check the source again.

It has been sugested that he was made a Jesuit
without his conscious knowledge. This is where the
reference (Litterae Annuae) would be interesting.
He was also buried side by side with his bitter
enemy (whose name I am still not 100% sure
of).
