VMs: Administrivia: Attachment and virus reminder

Voynich.net has just started receiving dozens of virus messages
per hour -- looks like a major infection out there is forging the
list addresses as the sender of a new wave of messages.  In case
any of them gets through to the list, a reminder:

If a message to vms-list has an attachment, don't open it.
As a corollary, don't send attachments to the list: if you have
something large that you want to share, put it on a web page or
ftp drop and send the pointer.
