well, IMHO this text is too similar too Tataric (Turco-Tataric) dialects,
this can not be a coincidence. It could (or not) be meaningful text, but
if we find out better alphabet, it could come easier to find out...

also, I still think, the rythm of this text in some places is very similar to 
native singings. I personally still "have in ears" such singings from 
southeastern Europe, when looking at VMS.
