True. I didn't know about bitrans. One can map a sequence into one of the
characters from the full 8 bit character set for analysis purposes. Thus
if EVA is the most extensive set, lesser sets can be mapped from it.  BTW,
there was no intent to throw rocks at EVA!  Hadn't thought about the
problem in those terms. Thanks.
