   But isn't that what Usenet is?  ;-)

   Seriously.  Bennett ran the numbers on the monkeys and Shakespeare, and found out that in the expected lifetime of the universe, they would produce very little Shakespeare.  

   There was once a demo of this on the University of Tasmania's website.
