You mean other than lines L4 and L5, the two divided by the odd line, have high repetition? 
Looks like the repetition comes in waves too. There will be clusters of a particular grouping, 
and then it will pretty much disappear. See www.dr-savescu.com/codex/original/optm_118.jpg and 
surrounding pages. I also find interesting that not only does it look like it's been written 
right to left, but the book itself seems to have been numbered and scanned as a left to right 
book (in the Japanese fashion).
