As a non-artist, that is how I would do it on drawings.
Only often enough to get the message across.
What message? Just picking one of several possibilities.
Without using bold, italic, highlighting, or red letters and to be 
consistent, that is how I would treat the glyphs.
(What color is the ink?)
I very well might trash the idea after I look at the glyphs.
I am not assuming there is a book-length sequence.

Is anyone working on sorting the qlyphs and designating them?

Can anyone say why it certainly is not a hoax?

Unless I post a webpage, I leave this subject until there is a separate 
forum. Personal E-mail is most welcome. It would help if the subject 
began with "Rohonczi Codex" or "RC" or some such. Frankly, I 
(personally) do not expect to be able to go far with this. I am fairly 
confident someone will. Dreaming on: the apparent pictographs may be 
relicts of an earlier script.
