Thanks Rob! Note that this is actually "Mh 47", according to
http://laurentius.lub.lu.se/index_by_idno.html ...
Medeltidshandskrift 47
Title: Miscellany: Astronomy
Place of origin: Germany (?)
Date of origin: 15th century, late or early 16th century
Language: Latin
The main Mh 47 index page is here:-

More detailed info on it (thankfully in English) is here:-

BTW, you can get directly to all the scans (small gifs, medium jpegs, large
tiffs) here (including some nice volvelles!):-

FWIW, my original guess, based on the dotted sun-glyph (which Florentines
appropriated from Egypt circa 1480, IIRC), from the intermediate Capricorn
glyph (typically pre-1500), and from the 15th century style of number that
it was likely to date to 1480-1500. The detailed info page suggests
1500-1510, based on the watermarks and some dates embedded in the text (a
horoscope from 1477, and the dates 1505 and 1506 elsewhere), which was
nice. :-)
Finally, on this interesting-looking Mh 47 page, what does the top-right
diagram signify? The central part is reminiscent of some VMs diagrams,
particularly on the nine-rosette fold-out...
