This is the same Coll Misc 0261 which I've flagged before, held at the
British Library of Political and Economic Science, part of the London
School of Economics and Political Science (AKA "the LSE"). In the absence
of other information, I'd guess that WMV donated this just before
emigrating to the US (rather than carry all 15 volumes with him).
I'm fairly sure that the collection probably says much more about
revolutionary Poland 1846-1914 than it does about our assistant pharmacist
chum, but you never know for sure without looking - that's the fun of
historical research. :-)
