If it is only the word list with frequencies you need you may take it from
here: http://www.ncsa.uiuc.edu/~fion/v/voy_words.txt , sort by 
freq or voy_alpha.txt, sort alphabetically.

This is based on Takeshi transcription, with a couple of corrections 
here and there.
