VMs: Re: Cipher file
Hello,
this is from Jeff (forwarded by Jan):

Hi all
The latest cipher file samples are here
http://www.georgeboolefanclub.com/voynich.html
As I am not posting to the list I would be greatful if this link could be
posted to the VMS
mailing list. The patterns of VMS characters are not well ordered at the
moment though
I am going to do more analysis to bring them into line. At least this is a
start. You will
notice in the last line of the enciphered Latin that we get the combination
dain.dain. This
would occur naturally due to the construction of the plaintext and is not
out of the ordinary.
