I am sorry, yes, it was Mrs, Kovarikova, she found it in one of Zikmund Winters books, this in Czech ( he was the archiver of the Czech museum in 19th century):
  >"Známý Jakub Sinapis Bojanovicensis Moravus (Horcický z Tepence) prisel z

Losely translated:
"Well known" (apparently to Winter who was a historian of Czech Museum, but H. not too known in 1602 yet :-) Jacobus Sinapis Bojanovicensis Moravus ( Horczicky de Tepenec) arrived from "logic" (apparently lower grade or course) in Jesuit "beani" (young students?) in the year of 1602. I believe the talk is about Clementinum university. Un fortunatelu, Mrs, Kovarikova m ail address does not work and we lsot the contact, so i do n ot know which of Winter's books it was.

My fault: the "Dolni" ( Lower) Bojanovice are in Moravia and the "Dolni" Bojanovice in Bohemia mentioned by me are simply "Bojanovice", the rest is OK. The Bojanovice in Moravia that I mentioned are those near Olomouc and near the ruins of Tepenec castle - that one being already ruins in Jacobus's time already. I presume that for nobility title he could have chosen title "de Bojanovice", but they had no castle and nobody woudl claim those ruins anyway :-).

the other otpion woudl be that there were soem Bopjan ovice near Krumlov taht do not exist any more, but that is higly unlikely. Coem to think of it, how did we figure out he was born near Krumlov?
