True, but sunrise and sundown should always be symmetric to the South -- ie
if the sun rises, say 40 deg to the east of true South, it should settle at
40 deg west of true South. It doesn't move "diagonally" across the sky,
which, as I understood it, attacks the basic interpretation f67v2 by Robert.
