Hi, Larry and Elmar
My backyard astronomy experience says that the
location of the rising and setting of the sun varies
according to the time of year. This might be another
validation of the theory that the folio shows a
planetary configuration--did the planets ever line up
in a way that the illustration suggests, and does the
time of year correspond with the location of the
rising and setting Sun?
