could be ... but if this just happens to be from Eastern Europe,
they had also "real" "ou" and many similar things in heavy use.
But this is for me "the other side of Rubico". I would say, if they
write, what shoud be transcribed "ou", I keep away. If they write
"dairol" in clear "humanist hand", I think, it could maybe actually
read "dairol".
