I don't have one

But it cannot be Tibetan spelt like it has been for centuries.
It might just, just be Tibetan spelt "phonetically", but then
which dialect and when?
If I was not so adverse to wasting my time I would try cracking the
VMs on the assumption that the letters <a>, <e>, and <o> are vowels
with approximately those values, that <iin> nasalizes the previous
vowel, and so on. The chances are that I would get nowhere in the
end. So I won't even try. However, if the VMs is ever deciphered,
I won't be surprised if <a> turns out to be "a", and <aiin> to be
"ã"
