Re: VMs: flowers & stars: Zoroastrian stuff

Hi,

Do you know Yezidis:

http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Thebes/2153/yezidi.html

http://altreligion.about.com/library/faqs/bl_yezidism.htm

http://www.nadir.org/nadir/initiativ/kurdi-almani-kassel/kultur/yeziden/yezidism.htm

http://www.proel.org/alfabetos/yezidi.html

They are still existing and their believes are linked to zoroastrism.

There is a remnant community of Zoroastrians in Iran. The Parsee
community in India, e.g., in Mumbai and Delhi, still practices
Zorastrianism and provides the bulk of modern believers, c. 140K.

See http://www.religioustolerance.org/zoroastr.htm or
