actually, i don't know what "4" they are looking at, but the "folding 
key" 
fits that very nicely (x2) it is repeated throughout the entire text.

 	We keep hearing about this, but is it true?  How common are 
 four consecutive repetitions?   Three repetitions I have 
 seen, but how common is that, really?
