Portugal arrived in Chittagong?

as we read, that coast "was colonized, pacifically, by groups of "Casados"
(married men of the reserve army), beginning in 1520s"

Could  one of these men be our "Doctorman"?

If so, he is writing his Manuscript in "humanist hand" in his old days ...

Or could some of these old men teach it to somebody else?
