This has ~popped up legally~ before, but IF we don't know an author, 
If we don't know what it says, IF we don't know WHEN it was written 
(pre-copyright law?), IF we don't know WHERE (international law) how 
can THIS, this VMS ~unknown, unknown, unknown~ (NOW released by it's 
sole(?) ~recently current holder / Yale Library to the net world - 
currently consider PUBLIC-DOMAIN & released by them - NOT BE "usable" 
by all of us??? 

Why don't we all have files of it or Disks etc..

Personally, I think "IT" belongs to no one.... however, if one 
plagerizers it, or copies random "symbols/fonts/glyhps" as 
"copyrighted ORIGINAL (out of order)... these can be easily compared 
to the original source. (Yale)

Forget "your/our current law", was this written in a time for all? 
IF one could decypher it?.... ARE LAWS EVEN "Applicable" IF YOU DON'T 
KNOW WHAT/When/Where/WHO IT IS YOU'RE TALKING (legally stealing 
today?) ABOUT??

 contrary to what I wrote before, the links on
 my site still seem to work. There probably was 
 an intermittent problem. I just saw that where
 I am using the IP number of the site in all
 links, the proper DNS name is also known now
 (something with highway55).
