No problem on the delay, happy to hear they are ready to share.

There was some discussion at the time of having someone post a BitTorrent
link to the PDF, and making said torrent available for sharing. There are
free BT clients available for virtually every OS, it should be a very simple
matter to accomplish.

If you are still interested in this, please contact me. I think it would be
a very efficient way of sharing the file, with minimal bandwidth
requirements for any who were interested in participating, and a good
opportunity to put the technology to proper use.
