I haven't found one yet (although it certainly would be nice). AFAIK your
best bet is to go to Beinecke and download the invididual pages.

It's one guess, but I wouldn't bet too much on it.

It's a nice thought, but all the ladies in the baths have rosy cheeks, not
greenish ones. This appears to speak against a persistent problem with
colour perception. ;-)
