VMs: Adam of Sternberg

Hi

Here is a link to the descendants of Adam of Sternberg.
Here we have two georg's. There is no suggestion of an
Italian connection here but at least the name Georg was
used by this family.

So potentially one of these georg's could be our man only if he can
be said to have earlier Italian ancestors. Or maybe if the name Georg
was common in the family another branch may have the relevant
individual.

If we then look at the main Sternberg genealogy we can see no use of
Georg in the material available.

This indicates an introduction at the time of Adam of Sternberg which
fits our timeline for Marci, Barcius and Kircher quite well, as Adam of
Sternberg dies 10 Feb 1623. We know that Barcius studied at the
Sapienza from 1605 so it all depends upon when there children were
born. Adam was quite influencial in Rudolph's court and may have been
a reason that his son attended the Sapienza in Rome.

Any comments on this train of thought?

Jeff
