Yes. It came out a year or so ago but I waited for the paperback edition 
(2005) and I think I was right. It is a decent work of second hand 
scholarship which summarises all the definite facts, relevant background and 
main theories. It contains no new information but cites original sources and 
gives credit where it is due. Long term members of the list will probably 
find little in it which they didn't know already but it is a good 
introduction to the puzzle and I wish I had had it ten years ago.
