Reintroducing myself
Having rejoined this list after an interval perhaps I should introduce
myself again. I was a member about five years ago but lost touch
through changes of job and email.
I am a technical writer living in London. The Voynich manuscript interests
me because I have a doctorate in mediaeval German and I have also worked in
computational linguistics. I do not have a solution to the problem but I
have worked at it on and off over the years. To my mind the manuscript is
plainly of late mediaeval European origin. I think that the correct approach
to a solution lies in careful analysis of the structure of the Voynich
language on the foundations laid by Currier and d'Imperio and continued by
various members of this list.
I have recently created a web page to post my occasional thoughts on the
question:

Comments on it are very welcome.
