This sounds like an intriguing plan.  I estimate $270/year
to keep it running: $20/month for the website and $30/year
for the name.

I note that both www.voynich.net and www.voynich.info are
available.

Other suggestions have been made: John Grove offers a Majordomo
site at morewood.net which can be controlled through email.
Khem Caigan suggests Yahoogroups (but we'd lose Jacques, which
is unacceptable to me, anyway).  Matt Davis suggests a delphi
forum (http://www.delphiforums.com) -- I note the sign-up doesn't
let you pick "NOYB" for your family income.  There's also another
free mailing list service that's been recommended -- I'd set aside
the messages from the proposer to investigate further, and now I
can't find them.  Please re-run that one if you would.

Does anybody think we'd have trouble figuring out how to
raise $270/year after GC's initial grant runs out?
