VMs: VMS site partly running again

OOPS! It seems that our sysadms are in the process of moving my web
files to a new server, under a different directory name.

If the name change is definitive, I will have to fix a couple hundred
links. Everything should be up again tomorrow afternoon. (They have
got the morning off, because it is a local religious holiday ---
Brazil will be playing at the World Cup.)
