Two more bits of evidence:

I decided to look for the name Brahe on f67v1, using those
letter values you give above. That would be EVA <ola_ _>

The first word of the short line (four letters/five letters) to the left of
the head
fits with <olar>.  So <r>, besides having a number value of 2,  may also
represent
h.

I also applied the above to the word beside the Pleaides; EVA <doaro>. This
is al-bahb. The closest word in Star Names is "Baba", the Russian name,
meaning
"Old Wife".
