The MEVA transcription attempt was admittedly a failed attempt,
and I have long since replaced it with the VGBT alphabet. MEVA,
(Modified EVA) could not be properly followed through in a glyph
based transcription because EVA dropped most Currier-type
conventions and uses multiple characters to identify many common
Voynich characters, even when those characters are almost
universally accepted to be individual in nature.
You may find a sheet on the VGBT alphabet at:
http://www.voynich.info/vgbt/ansi.html
Transcription is now up to 140 pages, and with the Beinecke's
recent permission to publish, these files will be unlocked and
made commonly available to anyone interested.
