If it is Maltese, it has to be in the "side-dotted" Arabic
alphabet. Maltese entropy is much, much too high, whether
written in the Latin or the standard Arabic alphabets.
It is hardly a dialect, BTW. It is so full of Italian
words that I doubt an Arab speaker would understand
half of if. I almost understand half of it because I
know a lot of Italian and a little bit of Arabic.
