Yes, I think you could be on the right way... ...but not sure if I like the
context how it was exhibited. Of course it can't be personal, I just think the
style could maybe be related with the system you work for? If you tell me now, I
am too nervous, you are probably right.
Well, sorry, I lost the problem of course. So, since the VMS is
such a fine thing, lets think a little bit about the "Mongolian working
hypothesis"... ... not at zero likelihood IMO
€ Where V. vas expelled in Sibiria, there was in 1400 the Golden Horde.
€ These herbs seem me to be from where the mentioned places are.
(Of course I am not too sure, you see.)
€ If V./some other Polishman in Sibiria forged something, it could be a MS of
some old-time Polishman in Golden Horde, describing local herbal medicine in
European form... ... to put his oppressed, but once so mighty fatherland in
headlines (so we would tell it today)
...and this herbal medicine was probably not much different in V. days. It
could be, some bored scientist in Sibiria described this later.
€ all this does not exclude ciphertext in VMS (and I would still like it
not to be a hoax. But without physical tests - just sceptical)
€ btw, AFAIK the illiterate mongols not only saved there sensitive info
(diplomatic, military etc) in songs, but also sometimes ciphered it in songs.
Don't ask how.
The rythm of VMS seems to be a little bit similar to native singing...
