Consonant/Vowel Alternation (WAS: VMs: Constellation of ciphers...)

	I'd like to focus on this, since this idea has come up
fairly often, 
and also because I mentioned it as an objection to a
King Tut cipher.

	We've done quite a bit of work on identifying the
vowels.  What do 
you see with the different alphabets?  EVA is pretty
obviously, but Currier 
and CurEVA aren't.  Also, what does a text with vowels
look like to the 
Sukhotin algorithm, e.g. VFQ?  The results with Hebrew
et.al. should give 
some indication.
