Two observations:
the ending -am is quite common in the zodiac
labels, and distinguishes minimal pairs like
otalam / otalal / otalar
(that's not really a pair, is it? :-) )
Secondly, words starting lch- or lsh- are not all
that uncommon, but if they tend to be at line
starts, then there is definitely something to
be looked into.
