But all the letters are in the wrong order and I can't work out which
substitutions to make. The > and < I believe are shift operators. Shifting
just what I haven't worked out yet. The _ represents the spaces as written
in the VMS. These I believe to be false. There may be no vowels in the text
where I have determined vowel positions. Who knows? The letter m in the
bottom text looks like it might be a position for the letter e.
