If the entire Currier-A were looked at, this is the case, that -dy (89) is
'almost' non-existent. In the Herbal section however, dy occurs in [ha]
over 400 times, and though still a small number, this is not insignificant,
especially when considering that [hb] has only 139 endings, while [ha] has
264. I wonder if the number of endings in Currier-B actually fall off in
later sections? Something to look at.
Here's a quick page listing all endings in the Herbal section with
percentages for [ha] and [hb]. Only a few stand out that are
unbalanced, like the dy ending. It's when we get to three glyph endings,
such as c89, o89, cc9, etc. that the real differences appear.

My assumption on the differences here is that [ha] is not as "fully
developed" as [hb]. [hb] is highly structured, while [ha] contains numerous
"non-voynichese" endings. If that assumption is correct, [ha] should be
easier to crack than [hb]. Just a thought.
