While the answer for these two pages could well
be correct, the generic answer given above does
not always apply to the VMs. The folio numbers
were written in the upper right corner when all
the pages were folded in. Due to the various page
sizes and the various ways they have been folded,
the folio number could appear on different 'frames'.
The convention we're following comes from D'Imperio.
