I have just checked the new Junicode Web page and it
appears to be released under GNU public license. As this
font has 1,135 characters, is free and can be modified,
it should be quite legal (I know, there is no such
thing as "quite" legal - just legal or not) to incorporate
the EVA or other fonts (provided they are also released
under GNU or similar license) and thus have a general purpose
font including the VMS characters and Latin brevigraphs.
