VMs: Lingua Franca bibliography...

Hi everyone,

While tracking down Francis Maddison, I stumbled across this huge academic 
bibliography on Lingua Franca (everyone's favourite second-choice VMs 
language :-o ) by Dr Christiane Meierkord of Erfurt University:-

Dr Meierkord has published numerous articles on the subject, most recently 
hosting a symposium on Lingua Franca at the 13th World Congress of Applied 
Linguistics in Singapore, Dec 2002.
