VMs: Administrivia: "return receipt" discouraged

Please don't send "return receipt requested" messages to the list.
Since they appear to come from the list owner, *I* get the receipts,
so they won't do you any good anyway.  I don't have a burning need
for them, and won't be forwarding them to you!
