Hmm - 204 sides * $15 = $3060... a few hundred more for the fold-outs,
and it's still a reasonable amount, depending on how onerous the conditions
are on sharing the results.  However, it says "Sale of a photoduplication does
not constitute an authorization to publish or reproduce it."  I think what we
want instead is to be able to make it available to any researcher, or perhaps
anybody. (I'm looking at http://www.library.yale.edu/beinecke/blrsrch.htm#prices .)
