The text on the web site is transcribed from a
letter sent to W.Voynich in 1921. After the quoted
text it says:

 Concordat cum copia registri nobilitationum N.12
 fol.931-934, quod Pragae in archivo ministerii 
 rerum internarum reipublicarum Tchecoslovacae
 asservatur.
 Pragae, die 8.Martii anno 1921.
 Consiliarius ministerii
 (signature of D. Lad. Klicman, as far as I can 
  make it out)

He had signed the Voynich MS as 'Jacobj de Tepenecz'
and he has been identified by the same official
mentioned above as Jacobus Horczicky de Tepenec.

The 'de' in his signature appears like a Greek
delta with the ascender crossed as if it were a 
t. This could be compared with other MSS bearing
his signature. Rafal Prinke has found reference 
to at least one such document, and it would be
extremely interesting if you could find access
to this.

In the mean time I will still check the sources
for the various statements in the biography.

On a related note, I am of course aware that
the biography of Kelly on the same page is based 
largely on legendary information, and shall make a
point of indicating this.
